1.3 Service Requests and Service Providers
Certain Aha properties are designed to connect consumers seeking services with independent businesses capable of providing those services.
When you submit an inquiry through an Aha property, information contained in that inquiry may be transmitted to the Service Provider associated with the property.
Service Providers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, subsidiaries, or representatives of Aha unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once information is provided to an independent Service Provider, that provider may have separate legal obligations and privacy practices governing its subsequent use of the information.
1.4 Aha Tracking
Businesses subscribing to Aha Tracking may receive access to lead management, attribution, call routing, communications, pipeline management, automation, reporting, and related functionality.
Aha may process information generated through Aha Tracking to identify inquiry sources, measure property performance, understand conversion activity, provide reporting, improve Aha properties, prevent misuse, and evaluate the commercial performance of Aha-owned digital properties.
A Service Provider retains its rights in its independently maintained customer records and proprietary business information.
Subject to applicable law and contractual obligations, Aha retains its rights in Aha-owned property analytics, website analytics, attribution information, aggregate or de-identified performance information, and information independently generated through operation of Aha-owned properties.
1.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies
Aha and authorized technology providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, conversion tags, and similar technologies to:
operate and secure websites; remember preferences; understand website usage; measure advertising; attribute inquiries and conversions; prevent fraud; and improve the Aha Network.
Where required by applicable law, Aha may provide cookie notices, consent-management functionality, privacy preferences, or other controls.
1.6 Technology Providers and Data Processors
Aha uses professional third-party technology and infrastructure providers to support portions of the Aha Network.
These providers may support website hosting, cloud infrastructure, content delivery, cybersecurity, data storage, website forms, CRM functionality, telecommunications, analytics, advertising, email, SMS, automation, payment processing, artificial intelligence functionality, customer support, and consent management.
These providers may process personal information on Aha’s behalf where necessary to provide their services and may themselves engage authorized subprocessors.
Where applicable, processing relationships may be governed by contractual data-protection obligations, confidentiality requirements, data-processing agreements, international data-transfer mechanisms, and applicable privacy law.
Aha determines the purposes for which information is collected through Aha-owned properties and is responsible for providing applicable notices and obtaining legally required consent where Aha acts as the responsible business or controller.
1.7 Security
Aha uses professional website, cloud, communications, and business infrastructure designed to support the security and reliability of the Aha Network.
Depending upon the property and technology configuration, safeguards may include:
SSL/TLS encryption; encryption of certain stored information; cloud-based infrastructure; website backups; access controls; user permissions; DDoS protection; security monitoring; vulnerability management; incident-response procedures; and other administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
Certain infrastructure supporting the Aha Network may be operated by technology providers maintaining independently assessed or certified information-security programs.
No internet transmission, website, network, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
1.8 Privacy and Consent Technology
Aha properties may support privacy notices, cookie notifications, consent-management tools, tracking preferences, form-data management, configurable tracking controls, and other privacy-related functionality.
Availability of these technologies does not by itself guarantee compliance with every privacy law. Aha configures and operates such functionality according to its intended processing activities and applicable requirements.
1.9 International Data Processing
Information processed through the Aha Network may be processed or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where Aha or its technology providers operate.
Where applicable, Aha and its providers may use contractual or other legally recognized mechanisms governing international transfers of personal information.
Where laws such as the GDPR or similar data-protection regimes apply, Aha will provide applicable disclosures and honor applicable privacy rights.
1.10 Sensitive Information
Unless specifically requested through functionality designed for that purpose, users should not submit highly sensitive information through ordinary Aha website forms.
This includes Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, medical records, genetic information, biometric identifiers, or payment-card information submitted through ordinary contact forms.
1.11 Data Retention
Aha retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, operate the Aha Network, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and fulfill the purposes described in this Notice.
Information transmitted to an independent Service Provider may subsequently be subject to that provider’s own retention practices.
1.12 Your Privacy Rights
Depending upon where you reside, applicable law may provide rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of certain processing, withdrawal of consent, or opt-out from certain uses or disclosures.
Applicable rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to legal exceptions.
To submit a privacy request, contact:
privacy@ahasites.com
1.13 Children
The Aha Network is intended for adults seeking or providing commercial services and is not directed toward children.
Aha does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through its general service-request properties.

2. Terms Of Use
Last Updated: September 30, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AhaSites.com and digital properties owned or operated by Aha Sites (“Aha,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using an Aha website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy & Data Notice.
Separate written agreements may apply to Service Providers leasing Aha properties or purchasing Aha Tracking, Advertising, or other commercial services. Where a signed commercial agreement conflicts with these public Terms, the signed agreement controls with respect to that commercial relationship.
2.1 What Aha Sites Is
Aha acquires, develops, owns, operates, markets, and leases digital properties focused on particular geographic markets, services, industries, and customer needs.
Aha generally does not perform the underlying services advertised through those properties.
Those services are provided by independent Service Providers.
2.2 Service Providers
Aha does not guarantee or independently warrant the workmanship, pricing, availability, insurance, licensing, qualifications, conduct, or performance of an independent Service Provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
Consumers are responsible for evaluating a Service Provider before entering into a transaction.
2.3 Search Rankings and Performance
Aha may publish case studies, screenshots, traffic statistics, search rankings, inquiry statistics, conversion information, advertising results, or other historical property-performance information.
Such information represents historical or observed performance and does not guarantee future results.
Aha does not guarantee any particular:
- search-engine ranking
- AI-search placement or citation
- website traffic level
- advertising result
- inquiry or lead volume
- lead quality
- conversion rate
- customer volume
- revenue
- profitability; or
- continued search visibility.
Search engines, AI systems, advertising platforms, algorithms, competitors, consumer behavior, and market conditions may change at any time.
2.4 Ownership of Aha Properties
Unless expressly transferred through a separate written acquisition agreement, Aha retains all right, title, and interest it possesses in Aha digital properties and related assets, including applicable:
domain names; websites; website structures; Aha-created content; designs; landing pages; databases; property analytics; tracking configurations; proprietary processes; search assets; and other intellectual property.
Payment for access to, branding on, advertising through, tracking associated with, or leads generated by an Aha property does not transfer ownership of the property.
2.5 Property Valuation
Aha properties are independently developed commercial digital assets.
The current or introductory lease price of an Aha property does not represent its sale value, appraised value, acquisition value, or future lease value.
Aha may evaluate properties using factors including:
website traffic; organic traffic; inquiry volume; qualified-lead volume; call volume; form submissions; conversion performance; attributed revenue; search visibility; AI-search visibility; domain characteristics; market size; competition; service demand; industry economics; typical transaction values; advertising-equivalent value; historical performance; development investment; portfolio value; and other commercially relevant factors.
Aha does not value properties solely according to traffic or lead count.
A property producing fewer opportunities within a high-value service category may possess greater commercial value than a property producing substantially more opportunities within a lower-value category.
2.6 Third-Party Technology and Infrastructure
Aha may use third-party technology providers to develop, host, secure, operate, analyze, advertise, track, communicate through, and maintain Aha properties.
Certain functionality may be delivered through white-label technology and therefore appear under Aha branding.
Use of third-party or white-label infrastructure does not create ownership rights in the underlying technology or disclose any obligation by Aha to continue using a particular provider.
Aha may replace, modify, migrate, upgrade, or discontinue underlying technology providers where reasonably necessary to maintain, secure, improve, or operate the Aha Network.
2.7 Intellectual Property
The Aha name, trademarks, logos, original website designs, content, proprietary systems, and other Aha intellectual property belong to Aha or its licensors.
No Aha intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, republished, commercially exploited, or distributed without authorization.
2.8 Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
scrape or systematically copy Aha inventory; access Aha systems without authorization; interfere with website operation; introduce malware; impersonate another individual or company; submit fraudulent inquiries; circumvent security or contractual restrictions; or use Aha properties for unlawful purposes.
2.9 Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Aha Network and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Aha does not warrant uninterrupted operation, specific search rankings, continued indexing, traffic volume, inquiry volume, lead quality, customer acquisition, or financial results.
2.10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any separate written agreement, Aha will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Aha Network, loss of search visibility, loss of prospective customers, third-party platform changes, interruption of service, or actions of independent Service Providers.
2.11 Changes
Aha may update these Terms from time to time.
Material contractual rights contained in an existing signed agreement will be governed by that agreement rather than automatically modified by changes to these public Terms.

3. Property Lease Terms
Last Updated: September 30, 2026
These Property Lease Terms govern the commercial relationship between Aha Sites (“Aha”) and a business (“Provider”) leasing an Aha-owned digital property.
Each lease should include an Order Form identifying the applicable property, Provider, price, term, included services, and any additional commercial terms.
3.1 Nature of the Lease
Provider is leasing limited commercial use of an Aha-owned digital property for the applicable lease term.
Provider is not purchasing the domain, website, content, rankings, traffic, or other property assets.
Aha retains ownership of the property except where ownership is expressly transferred under a separate written Property Acquisition Agreement.
3.2 Property Identification
The Order Form will identify the specific domain or digital property being leased.
Rights granted to Provider apply only to that identified property unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Lease Term
Unless otherwise stated in the Order Form, the initial lease term is twelve (12) months.
The Provider’s lease rate is protected during the fixed term except for separately purchased services, usage-based charges, taxes, or mutually agreed modifications.
3.4 Renewal
Before expiration, Aha may offer Provider a renewal term.
Renewal is not guaranteed at the original lease rate.
Aha may provide renewal pricing reflecting the then-current value and performance of the property.
Any automatic-renewal mechanism used by Aha will be disclosed in the applicable Order Form or checkout process and administered in accordance with applicable law.
3.5 Property Revaluation
Aha may periodically reevaluate a property before a renewal, acquisition, new lease, or other commercial transaction.
Valuation factors may include:
website traffic; organic traffic; inquiry volume; qualified inquiries; telephone calls; form submissions; conversion performance; attributed revenue; search visibility; AI-search visibility; domain quality; market demand; industry economics; typical transaction values; advertising-equivalent value; historical performance; development investment; portfolio value; and other commercially reasonable factors.
Aha will not increase the base lease price during a fixed lease term solely because the property performs better than expected.
Revaluation may affect future renewal or acquisition pricing.
3.6 Exclusivity
Where the Order Form identifies Provider as the exclusive provider for a property, Aha will not intentionally designate another business as the exclusive Service Provider on that same property during the applicable exclusive term.
Exclusivity applies only to that property.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, exclusivity does not grant Provider exclusive rights to a city, ZIP code, county, industry, service category, advertising market, keyword, or other Aha property.
3.7 Provider Branding
Provider may supply approved business names, trademarks, logos, photographs, contact information, and other materials for display on the property.
Provider grants Aha a non-exclusive license to use those materials as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, advertise, and administer the leased property during the applicable relationship.
Provider represents that it has the right to provide those materials.
3.8 Leads and Inquiries
Aha may route inquiries generated through the leased property to Provider.
Unless Aha Tracking or another tracking service is purchased, website inquiries may be delivered through standard methods such as email or direct form notification.
Aha does not guarantee the number, quality, conversion rate, or commercial value of inquiries.
3.9 Provider Responsibilities
Provider is responsible for:
responding to customer inquiries; maintaining accurate business information; providing lawful and professional services; maintaining licenses, insurance, permits, or certifications required for its work; complying with consumer-protection requirements; honoring representations made to customers; and handling customer information lawfully.
Provider is solely responsible for contracts entered into with consumers and for services it performs.
3.10 Technology Platform
Aha determines the hosting, website technology, software, systems, vendors, integrations, infrastructure, and technical architecture used to operate each property.
Provider's lease concerns the contractual use and benefits of the Aha property—not any particular underlying software platform.
Aha may migrate or modify underlying technology where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or improve the property.
Any administrative access granted to Provider is limited and revocable and does not create ownership rights.
3.11 Property Development
Aha may continue developing, modifying, optimizing, restructuring, or improving an Aha property during its lease.
Aha retains control over the property’s technical architecture, search strategy, structure, and long-term development unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.12 No Performance Guarantee
Aha does not guarantee rankings, AI citations, traffic, inquiries, customers, revenue, or profitability.
Historical performance does not guarantee future performance.
3.13 Property Acquisition and Buyout Requests
Certain properties may become available for outright acquisition.
Provider may request a property acquisition evaluation, but Aha is not obligated to sell.
Leasing a property does not create a guaranteed purchase option.
Lease payments do not accrue toward ownership unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
If Aha elects to offer the property for acquisition, pricing may reflect its then-current commercial value using the valuation factors described in these Terms.
Acquisition value is not necessarily determined by the original domain cost, website-development cost, current lease price, or total lease payments made.
A property remains Aha property until a written acquisition agreement has been executed, all required consideration has been received, and applicable assets have been formally transferred.
3.14 Nonpayment
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of Provider’s access, exclusivity, lead routing, tracking, advertising, branding, or other services after any applicable notice or cure period stated in the Order Form.
Termination for nonpayment does not transfer ownership of the property to Provider.
3.15 End of Lease
Upon expiration or termination, Aha may remove Provider branding, contact information, tracking configuration, and integrations from the property and may make the property available to another qualified Provider.
Provider retains no continuing rights to traffic, inquiries, rankings, or future business generated by the Aha property after its rights have ended.
3.16 Property Bundles
Where Provider leases multiple Aha properties, each remains separately owned by Aha unless expressly transferred.
Bundle pricing may be evaluated and renewed based upon the collective or individual performance and value of the portfolio.
4. Advertising Terms
Last Updated: September 30, 2026
These Advertising Terms apply when a Provider purchases advertising services from Aha.
4.1 Advertising Services
Aha Advertising may include campaign strategy, campaign creation, keyword or audience targeting, advertising creative, landing-page configuration, conversion tracking, optimization, reporting, and related services.
4.2 Aha Properties
Aha Advertising is primarily designed to generate traffic to Aha-owned digital properties.
Advertising spend or advertising management fees do not create ownership rights in an Aha property.
4.3 Advertising Accounts
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aha may create, own, administer, or control advertising accounts, campaigns, tracking configurations, audiences, landing pages, and related campaign infrastructure used to advertise Aha properties.
Provider receives the benefit of the contracted advertising services but does not acquire ownership of Aha's accounts, infrastructure, proprietary configurations, or Aha-owned properties.
4.4 Advertising Spend
Advertising media spend is separate from Aha’s advertising-management fee unless expressly stated otherwise.
Provider authorizes Aha to use the agreed advertising budget to purchase media through applicable advertising platforms.
Third-party advertising platforms ultimately determine ad approval, placement, auction results, costs, delivery, and platform availability.
4.5 Budget Changes
Provider may request changes to advertising budgets subject to the applicable Order Form, campaign commitments, billing cycle, and platform requirements.
Aha may recommend budget adjustments based on search demand, competition, seasonality, campaign performance, or other relevant factors.
4.6 No Advertising Guarantee
Aha does not guarantee:
a particular advertising position; number of impressions; number of clicks; cost per click; number or quality of leads; cost per lead; customer acquisition cost; revenue; return on advertising spend; profitability; or any other specific result.
4.7 Tracking
Aha may use website analytics, conversion tags, call tracking, forms, CRM information, or other attribution technologies to evaluate advertising performance.
The accuracy of attribution may depend upon third-party technology, browser settings, customer behavior, Provider reporting, and other factors outside Aha’s control.
4.8 Provider Information and Claims
Provider is responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims, pricing, licenses, warranties, offers, trademarks, and other business information supplied to Aha for advertising purposes.
Aha may refuse or remove advertising content it reasonably believes to be inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, infringing, or inconsistent with platform policies.
4.9 Third-Party Platforms
Advertising may depend upon third-party platforms whose policies, algorithms, prices, features, and availability can change without Aha's control.
Aha is not responsible for platform suspensions, disapprovals, outages, policy changes, or other actions outside Aha’s reasonable control, although Aha may assist with resolution where commercially reasonable.
4.10 Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation rights, minimum commitments, notice periods, and treatment of unused advertising budgets will be specified in the applicable Advertising Order Form.
Termination of Advertising does not automatically terminate an underlying Aha Property Lease unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Tracking & Communications Terms
Last Updated: September 30, 2026
These Terms govern use of Aha Tracking, including applicable lead-management, attribution, telephone, messaging, automation, reporting, and communications functionality.
5.1 What Aha Tracking Does
Aha Tracking may provide functionality including:
dedicated tracking numbers; call routing; form capture; lead attribution; lead management; pipeline tracking; appointment management; email or SMS communications; automated follow-up; conversion tracking; revenue attribution; reporting; and related functionality.
Available features depend upon the Provider’s plan and configuration.
5.2 Dedicated Tracking Numbers
Aha may provision telephone numbers for use with Aha properties.
Calls to these numbers may be forwarded to Provider’s designated business number while attribution information is collected.
Unless expressly transferred or otherwise agreed in writing, tracking numbers provisioned through Aha remain under Aha’s administrative control and may be reassigned, replaced, or discontinued following termination.
5.3 Website Forms
When Aha Tracking is enabled, website form submissions may be captured within Aha Tracking and associated with the applicable property, source, campaign, or Provider.
Provider is responsible for responding to leads and maintaining accurate lead-status information.
5.4 Conversion and Revenue Attribution
Provider may record or report whether an inquiry became:
a qualified lead; appointment; estimate; opportunity; customer; completed project; or other commercial outcome.
Provider may also record associated revenue.
Aha may use this information to provide attribution and reporting and to evaluate the commercial performance of Aha-owned properties.
Revenue attribution reflects information available to Aha and/or reported by Provider and should not be interpreted as independently audited financial information unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.5 Property Performance Data
Subject to applicable law and contractual obligations, Aha may use property-level, aggregate, de-identified, attribution, traffic, lead, and conversion information generated through Aha-owned properties for:
property valuation; renewal pricing; portfolio analysis; benchmarking; market analysis; property development; advertising optimization; product improvement; and business planning.
5.6 Customer Data
Provider retains its rights in its independently maintained customer records and proprietary business information.
Use of Aha Tracking does not grant Aha ownership of Provider’s entire customer database.
5.7 Communications
Aha Tracking may enable Provider to communicate with leads or customers through telephone, email, SMS, or other supported channels.
Provider is responsible for ensuring that communications sent on its behalf comply with applicable law, consent requirements, opt-out requirements, industry requirements, and applicable platform policies.
5.8 SMS and Automated Messaging
Where SMS or automated communications are enabled, Provider must use them only for recipients for whom an appropriate legal basis or consent exists.
Required opt-out requests must be honored.
Provider may not use Aha Tracking for unlawful spam, deceptive communications, harassment, prohibited telemarketing, or other unlawful communications.
5.9 Call Recording and Transcription
Call recording or transcription may be available.
Because consent requirements vary by jurisdiction, recording or transcription must be configured and used in accordance with applicable law.
Provider is responsible for informing Aha of any particular recording requirements applicable to its business or use case and for complying with obligations applicable to Provider's communications.
Aha may disable recording or transcription where necessary to address legal, compliance, technical, or operational concerns.
5.10 Third-Party Communications Infrastructure
Aha Tracking may depend upon third-party telecommunications, email, messaging, cloud, CRM, automation, or other infrastructure.
Delivery of calls, emails, SMS messages, notifications, or other communications cannot be guaranteed.
Carrier filtering, network outages, third-party platform changes, recipient settings, technical failures, or other circumstances may affect delivery.
5.11 Security and Access
Provider is responsible for safeguarding user credentials and controlling access granted to its personnel.
Provider must promptly notify Aha of suspected unauthorized access.
Aha may implement permissions, authentication controls, access restrictions, and other safeguards to protect Aha Tracking and associated information.
5.12 Acceptable Use
Provider may not use Aha Tracking to:
send unlawful or unsolicited communications; upload prohibited sensitive information; commit fraud; impersonate another party; violate privacy or communications laws; distribute malware; interfere with systems; or engage in abusive or unlawful conduct.
Aha may suspend functionality where reasonably necessary to protect consumers, systems, Aha, technology providers, or other users.
5.13 Fees
Aha Tracking fees are separate from the underlying Aha Property Lease unless expressly included in the applicable Order Form.
Usage-based charges associated with telephone, messaging, artificial intelligence, email, or other functionality may apply where disclosed in the applicable plan or Order Form.
5.14 No Guarantee of Results
Aha Tracking is an attribution, communications, and lead-management system.
It does not guarantee additional traffic, leads, appointments, customers, sales, or revenue.
5.15 Termination
Upon termination of Aha Tracking, access to tracking functionality may end.
The applicable Order Form or separate agreement will govern any available export of Provider data and applicable retention or deletion procedures.
Termination of Aha Tracking does not automatically transfer any Aha-owned property, tracking number, software account, infrastructure, analytics, or intellectual property to Provider.
